It's No Fluke As To Why We Are Having This Discussion.

Thanks to the Liberal run media, the people have become familiar with knowing Sandra Fluke as a third-year 23 year old Georgetown University Law Center student who was attacked by  radio giant Rush Limbaugh for her recent testimony about co-eds’ contraceptive needs before Congressional Democrats.

Since her controversial testimony on February 23, Sandra Fluke has been called many things, from a heroine to a “slut,” but actually, she may just be a fake. Gateway Pundit and Hot Air suggest that may be the case, with citations to a post by Jammie Wearing Fools that introduces the following interesting information:
For me the interesting part of the story is the ever-evolving “coed”. I put that in quotes because in the beginning she was described as a Georgetown law student. It was then revealed that prior to attending Georgetown she was an active women’s right advocate. In one of her first interviews she is quoted as talking about how she reviewed Georgetown’s insurance policy prior to committing to attend, and seeing that it didn’t cover contraceptive services, she decided to attend with the express purpose of battling this policy. During this time, she was described as a 23-year-old coed. Magically, at the same time Congress is debating the forced coverage of contraception, she appears and is even brought to Capitol Hill to testify. Friday morning, in an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show, it was revealed that she is 30 years old, NOT the 23 that had been reported all along.
Though there aren’t links in the original post to the content mentioned, a little digging shows that it’s all true.

Sandra Kay Fluke (born April 17, 1981) is not 23 but 30! Did she lie to Congress about her age?

This 30-year-old student who stirred the debate is no novice in the political arena. Fluke has a long history of feminist advocacy: The Washington Post reported Fluke entered Georgetown Law knowing that the school’s insurance plan did not cover contraception.  She spent spend the next three years lobbying the school to change its policy.

Fluke attended Cornell University from 1999-2003, where she received her B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management and Feminist, Gender, & Sexuality Studies. (Studies that receive tax payer funding)

While attending Cornell, Fluke’s organized activities that centered on the far-left feminist and gender equity movements. Fluke participated in rallies that ranged from supporting abortion to the war in Iraq and efforts to recruit other womens’ rights activists to campus.

During this time at Cornell, she also gained experience engaging in disputes concerning abortion with religious organizations.

“We feel that the information [Cornell Coalition for Life] has out is reactionary, and it’s not based on giving people information about their choices, but manipulating their emotions,” Fluke, then the treasurer of Students Acting for Gender Equality (SAGE), told The Cornell Daily Sun during a protest of a pro-life display at the school’s Ho Plaza. “We want to show people they should have a choice about a decision this important and whatever choice they make, we’ll support it,” she said.

After college, Fluke soon settled in at Sanctuary for Families in New York City, a nonprofit organization devoted to domestic violence victims. Fluke stayed there until she began law school in 2009.

It really is no Fluke (pun intended) that Mr. Obama personally called Ms. Fluke to apologize for Rush Limbaugh's behavior.  The question now is will Mr. Obama place phone calls out to all the people Bill Maher has insulted?  The Not So Lame Media, doesn't think so.
